Key Responsibilities
Serve as circulating RN in an active surgical environment handling 30–50 cases per day across 11 OR suites and 1 GI suite
Circulate primarily for orthopedic procedures including total joints, arthroscopy, spine, foot and ankle, hand, and ORIF cases
Support robotic-assisted surgical procedures utilizing the MAKO robotic system
Assist with general, ENT, GYN, and plastics cases as needed
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with facility badging and departmental protocols
Required Qualifications
Active RN license in South Dakota or a compact state
Minimum 3 years of recent circulating RN experience in the operating room
Strong orthopedic surgical experience, including total joints and arthroscopy
BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
ACLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
Robotics experience in the OR setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience with the MAKO robotic surgical system highly preferred
3–4 years of total OR experience with exposure to a high-volume, multi-specialty surgical environment
Familiarity with spine, foot and ankle, hand, and ORIF procedures
