Key Responsibilities
- Deliver quality nursing care through the utilization of the nursing process
- Work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to maintain standards for professional nursing practice
- Carry out functions according to medical center policy, mission, and standards of practice as defined by professional and regulatory guidelines
- Circulate in the OR across multiple surgical specialties including Ortho, General, GYN, Urology, and Neuro
Required Qualifications
- Active Michigan RN license
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience in the Operating Room and Endoscopy
- Must be able to Circulate
- Experience with Ortho, General, GYN, Urology, and Neuro surgical specialties required
- Candidates residing within 35 miles of the facility may be subject to a local traveler rate reduction
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Trauma Level II experience
- Experience in a tertiary or teaching hospital environment
