Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled perioperative nursing care within a high-volume operating room environment
- Perform scrub duties in support of surgical procedures across a range of specialties
- Perform circulating duties, managing patient advocacy, documentation, and coordination throughout surgical cases
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical technicians, and ancillary staff to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Support patients through the full perioperative continuum, from pre-surgical preparation through recovery
Required Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts RN license (must be provided at time of submission)
- Minimum 2 years of current Operating Room RN experience
- Scrub experience required
- Circulate experience required
- Active BLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Active ACLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Must have personal vehicle available for use during this assignment
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- CNOR certification preferred
- Experience with Meditech Expanse highly preferred
