    Job Title

    Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room (OR)

    Location

    Pittsfield, MA

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Days | Onsite | Five 8-hour shifts per week

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide skilled perioperative nursing care within a hospital operating room environment
    • Perform scrub duties in support of surgical procedures
    • Perform circulating duties throughout the course of surgical cases
    • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical technicians, and ancillary staff to ensure patient safety and procedural efficiency
    • Support patients through the perioperative process including pre-surgical preparation and post-procedure handoff
    Required Qualifications
    • Minimum 2 years of current Operating Room RN experience
    • Demonstrated scrub experience in the OR setting
    • Demonstrated circulating experience in the OR setting
    • Active Massachusetts RN license
    • Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
    • Active Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification
    • Experience with Meditech Expanse electronic health record system
