    Job Title

    Travel – Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room (OR)

    Location

    Ocala, FL | Acute Care

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Full-Time

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct perioperative nursing care to patients throughout the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases within a high-volume Operating Room environment
    • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team to ensure safe and efficient patient care during a wide range of surgical procedures
    • Perform scrub and/or circulating duties as required, including instrument handling, sterile field maintenance, and patient positioning
    • Assess, monitor, and document patient status, responding promptly to changes in condition during surgical procedures
    • Adhere to all facility policies, infection control standards, and Joint Commission requirements
    Required Qualifications
    • Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Florida (or compact license eligibility)
    • Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room (OR) nursing experience
    • Current BLS certification required
    • Ability to fulfill a 13-week travel contract with a projected start date of September 2, 2026
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience in a multi-specialty or high-acuity surgical environment including orthopedic, cardiac, robotic, or trauma cases
    • Familiarity with scrub and circulating roles across a broad range of surgical specialties
    • Previous travel nursing experience in an acute care or large hospital system setting
