    Travel Registered Nurse – Operating Room (OR)

    Location

    Naples, FL | Acute Care

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | 13 Weeks | Days, 4x10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) | Includes call and holiday coverage | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in anticipating and planning for patient care in the operating room
    • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical technologists, and other personnel to deliver safe, high-quality patient care in accordance with State Nurse Practice Act, AORN standards, and facility policies
    • Scrub and assist physicians during surgical cases across service lines including General, Urology, Spine, GYN, Orthopedics, Plastics, Breast, and Robotics
    • Ensure availability of supplies, support timeliness of cases, and maintain updated physician preference cards
    • Communicate with patients' families and supervise personnel delivering patient care
    • Float between campuses as needed
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • ACLS certification required
    • BLS certification required
    • PALS certification required
    • Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience
    • AHCA Fingerprinting clearance required prior to start
    • Experience with Cerner EMR
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience across multiple OR service lines (e.g., Spine, Robotics, Orthopedics)
    • Comfort with scrub and circulator roles in a high-volume surgical environment
    • Ability to adapt quickly to varying surgical teams and campus environments
