    Travel Registered Nurse – Operating Room Circulator

    Location

    Naples, Florida

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM or 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM) with Call Requirements | Projected Start: September 14, 2026

    Key Responsibilities
    • Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning and delivering patient care in the operating room
    • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical technologists, and other OR personnel to provide safe, high-quality patient care in accordance with State Nurse Practice Act, AORN, and regulatory standards
    • Ensure availability and readiness of surgical supplies and maintain timeliness of cases
    • Communicate with patients' families and update physician preference cards as needed
    • Scrub and assist physicians during surgical cases across specialties including Orthopedics, Neurology, Robotics, ENT, General Surgery, Urology, Vascular, and Gynecology
    • Float between campuses as needed and supervise personnel involved in patient care delivery
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience with demonstrated strength across multiple surgical specialties
    • Current ACLS and BLS certifications
    • Proficiency with Cerner EMR
    • AHCA Fingerprinting required prior to start date (Florida requirement for all travelers)
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification
    • Experience floating across multiple surgical units or campuses
