    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct perioperative nursing care to patients throughout the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases
    • Serve as scrub or circulating nurse during a variety of surgical procedures
    • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
    • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of surgical nursing care in accordance with facility policies
    • Ensure the operating room environment meets sterile field and infection control standards
    Required Qualifications
    • Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington or compact licensure eligibility
    • Current BLS certification required; ACLS may be required
    • Minimum of 1–2 years of Operating Room nursing experience
    • Demonstrated ability to function as a circulating and/or scrub nurse
    • Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • CNOR certification preferred
    • Experience across multiple surgical specialties (orthopedic, general, laparoscopic, etc.)
    • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems used in a perioperative setting
