Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an Operating Room setting throughout the duration of a 13-week travel contract
- Work day shift hours from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Fulfill expected weekly hours of 40 hours per week
- Participate in on-call coverage, including one 12-hour call shift per month (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
- Fulfill weekend on-call obligations as part of the monthly call rotation
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Kansas or a compact license
- Experience in Operating Room (OR) nursing
- Ability to commit to a 13-week contract assignment
- Willingness and availability to fulfill on-call requirements, including one 12-hour call shift per month
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience
- Strong scrub and/or circulating skills in a surgical environment
- Familiarity with a variety of surgical specialties
