Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an Operating Room setting throughout the duration of the assignment
- Adapt to variable scheduling, as shift times and block scheduling are subject to change and are not guaranteed
- Participate in on-call rotation as required; call expectations to be discussed during the interview process
- Float to like units or campuses within a 20-mile radius as needed
- Comply with holiday work requirements, including willingness to work a minimum of 1–2 end-of-year holidays depending on assignment dates
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Operating Room experience with at least one prior travel assignment, or 3 years of recent OR experience without prior travel
- Active RN license in Tennessee or a valid Compact (NLC-compliant) RN license — must be active and in hand at time of submission; pending licenses will not be accepted
- Must have completed at least one prior travel assignment
- Must live at least 100 miles from the facility to be eligible — no exceptions
- All Requested Time Off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of application; RTO submitted after an offer is made will not be honored
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Transplant experience strongly preferred
- 3 or more years of recent OR experience preferred
- EPIC electronic health records experience preferred
