Contract | Days | Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM | 10–12 call days per month with every third weekend on call
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a neurology-focused operating room setting
- Assist surgical team during neuro procedures, ensuring patient safety and procedural efficiency
- Monitor and assess patient condition before, during, and after surgical procedures
- Respond to on-call needs as scheduled, including weekend call rotations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary surgical team members to deliver high-quality care
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Experience in an operating room setting
- Ability to work day shift hours and fulfill on-call requirements
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in neurology or neuro-surgical nursing
- Familiarity with surgical scrub and circulating roles in the OR
- Experience managing on-call responsibilities in a hospital environment
