Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, effective, and quality patient- and family-centered care throughout the perioperative period
Perform scrub and circulator roles as needed within the operating room
Provide recovery room support as required
Communicate effectively with all members of the perioperative team
Maintain a high degree of patient confidentiality in all aspects of care
Uphold and support the mission, vision, and values of the organization
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Experience in operating room nursing, including scrub and circulator functions
COVID-19 vaccination required
Preferred Experience / Skills
CNOR certification preferred
Experience working in a recovery room or PACU setting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills within a multidisciplinary perioperative team
