    Job Title

    Seasonal Travel RN – Operating Room (Spine & Total Joint)

    Location

    Lone Tree, Colorado

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days | Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM – 4:45 PM | Saturdays and Sundays are on-call only | Evening call coverage available Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM (no overnight required) | 30-minute on-call response time required

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide skilled perioperative nursing care within a dedicated Spine & Total Joint operating room environment
    • Staff and support 8–11 operating rooms on a daily basis alongside a multidisciplinary surgical team
    • Perform scrub and/or circulating duties for spine fusion, ALIF, and related spine procedures as well as total joint replacement surgeries
    • Collaborate effectively with charge nurses, unit secretaries, surgeons, and ancillary staff to ensure safe and efficient patient care
    • Respond to on-call needs within the required 30-minute response window
    • Document patient care accurately using the facility's electronic medical record system
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Colorado or compact state eligibility
    • Minimum 1 year of current hospital Operating Room experience
    • Current BLS certification
    • Current ACLS certification
    • Demonstrated experience with spine and joint surgical cases
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Joint scrub experience highly preferred
    • Prior experience with Meditech or CPN electronic medical record systems
    • Experience in a high-volume or specialized orthopedic/spine surgical environment
