    Contract | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Days | 5x8 Hours (6:45 AM – 3:15 PM) | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Serve as Charge RN overseeing daily OR operations, including case prioritization across trauma, emergent, urgent, and add-on cases
    • Perform circulating and/or scrubbing duties across a broad range of surgical specialties including General, Bariatrics, Trauma, GYN, Urology, Robotics, Ortho, Neuro, Podiatry, ENT, Thoracic, Vascular, Cardio, Plastics, and Endoscopy
    • Communicate effectively with Anesthesia teams, Surgeons/Providers, Nursing staff, and Leadership
    • Participate in on-call coverage approximately 5–6 calls per 4-week period, including one weekend call; must be available to arrive on-site within 30 minutes of being called in
    • Participate in rotational weekend assignments and holiday coverage as scheduled
    • Float within the OR specialty and to a sister campus as needed
    Required Qualifications
    • Active RN license in Maryland or a valid Compact RN license
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a circulating and/or scrubbing role
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Charge RN role within an OR or Trauma setting
    • Proficiency with DaVinci robotics and general OR surgical cases
    • BLS certification (American Heart Association only)
    • Proficiency with Epic EMR
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • CNOR certification preferred
    • Experience in a Level II Trauma Center environment
    • First-time travelers with strong general OR and robotics backgrounds are welcome to apply
