Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care as an OR RN across a broad range of surgical specialties, including endocrine, breast, oncologic, gastrointestinal, colorectal, and hepatobiliary procedures
- Perform OR RN duties within scope of practice in the Interventional Radiology (IR) unit as needed
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills while adapting quickly and effectively to stressful situations
- Collaborate with a highly skilled surgical team to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes
- Adhere to department scheduling requirements, including holiday coverage obligations as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Active New Hampshire RN license or valid Compact RN license
- BLS certification (AHA) required
- Minimum 2 years of OR experience required
- Multiple surgical specialty experience required
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Must be willing to perform OR RN duties in the Interventional Radiology unit
- Must have personal reliable transportation
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Scrub RN experience strongly preferred — candidates with scrub experience will receive first consideration for offer
- Experience working across multiple surgical subspecialties in a regional or referral center setting
