TravelNurseSource is working with Malone Healthcare to find a qualified OR RN in Kealakekua, Hawaii, 96750!
Key Responsibilities
Provide skilled perioperative nursing care to patients throughout the surgical experience
Perform scrub and/or circulating duties in the operating room as assigned
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical team members to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
Maintain sterile field and adhere to infection control and surgical safety protocols
Participate in on-call rotation as required by department needs
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license - must be valid in the state of Hawaii or a qualifying compact state
Current BLS certification required
Prior experience in an operating room or perioperative setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
CNOR certification preferred
Experience with a variety of surgical specialties
Comfort with both scrub and circulating roles
