    Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM | 36 Hours Guaranteed per Week

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct perioperative nursing care across a high-volume, multi-specialty operating room environment with up to 13 active OR suites
    • Support a broad range of surgical procedures including trauma, burn, neuro, open heart, orthopedics, robotics, urology, gynecology, ophthalmology, plastics, ENT, general surgery, and more
    • Collaborate with surgical technologists and interdisciplinary OR teams across varying staffing levels throughout the day
    • Participate in rotating weekend call approximately every four weeks; call shifts may range from 2 to 12 hours and are used to fill evening and night staffing needs Monday through Thursday
    • Adapt to shift and call flexibility requirements while maintaining compliance with unit guidelines and AORN dress code standards
    • Document patient care accurately using the Meditech EMR system
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Idaho — must hold Idaho RN license at time of submission
    • Minimum 3 years of operating room experience
    • Trauma experience required
    • Demonstrated shift and call flexibility
    • BLS certification required
    • Assignment start date must be 10/26 or later — earlier start dates will not be considered
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • CNOR certification
    • Burn experience (high-acuity patients, wound debridement, skin grafting)
    • Robotic surgery experience
    • Neuro surgery experience (stealth, spinal fusions, craniotomy)
