Contract | Days | Wednesday–Friday, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM | 2–4 weekday call days per month | 1 holiday per contract period
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct perioperative nursing care to patients throughout the surgical experience
- Perform scrub and/or circulating duties within the operating room environment
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical team members to ensure patient safety and procedural efficiency
- Participate in scheduled on-call coverage, including 2–4 weekday call shifts per month
- Adhere to sterile technique, infection control protocols, and facility policies throughout all surgical procedures
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or a compact state license
- Current BLS certification required
- Operating Room clinical experience required
- Ability to fulfill on-call obligations as scheduled
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in both scrub and circulating roles within a surgical setting
- Familiarity with a broad range of surgical specialties
- CNOR certification preferred
