Travel Registered Nurse – Operating Room Circulator

Contract | Travel | Days | 4x10-hour shifts (5:30 AM – 3:30 PM) with call | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the circulating RN in the operating room, coordinating patient care throughout surgical procedures
- Maintain a safe and sterile environment by adhering to established surgical and infection control protocols
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and scrub technicians to ensure efficient OR workflow
- Monitor and document patient status, interventions, and outcomes throughout the perioperative process
- Participate in on-call responsibilities as required per unit scheduling needs
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arkansas or a compact state
- ACLS certification required
- BLS certification required
- PALS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of Operating Room RN experience
- All required certifications must be included at time of submission
- Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with a variety of surgical specialties in a fast-paced OR environment
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems used in surgical settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in a multidisciplinary surgical team
