Key Responsibilities
Provide perioperative nursing care in a multi-OR surgical center environment across two sites
Scrub and circulate on a variety of surgical cases including General, GYN, Orthopedics (total joints), GU, ENT, Vascular, Robotics, and Spine
Scrub DaVinci Robotics cases and orthopedic procedures including cataract surgeries
Float between primary surgical site and secondary hospital site as needed
Participate in on-call rotation, including overnight and weekend shifts, with a 30-minute call response time requirement
Required Qualifications
Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system
Strong hands-on experience in orthopedic and cataract surgery
Ability to scrub DaVinci Robotics cases
Flu vaccine required prior to start date (no personal or religious exemptions accepted)
Must not have worked in a permanent, per diem, or travel capacity at any affiliated Beth Israel facility within the past six months
