Travel Registered Nurse – Operating Room

Contract | Travel | Days | Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct perioperative nursing care in an active operating room environment with 11 ORs and 1 endoscopy suite, maintaining a 1:1 patient ratio
- Support a broad range of surgical procedures including General Surgery, Orthopedics, Gynecology, Trauma, Neurosurgery, Spine, ENT, and Bariatrics
- Operate and assist with OR equipment including multiple types of orthopedic beds and robotic surgical systems
- Document patient care accurately using the MEDITECH electronic medical records system
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary surgical team including charge nurses, RNs, and surgical technicians
- Participate in rotating weekend on-call assignments as required
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Minimum 1 year of Operating Room experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification
- Experience with robotic-assisted surgical procedures
