    Job Title

    Registered Nurse – Operating Room

    Location

    Charleston, SC

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM) | On-Site | No Call Required | Up to one weekend shift every 4 weeks | At least one holiday period required

    Key Responsibilities
    • Perform both scrub and circulator roles across a wide range of surgical specialties including Trauma, Transplant, Ortho, Neuro, ENT, GU-GYN, and Robotics
    • Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care within a busy, high-volume Level I Trauma Center environment
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary surgical team consisting of Registered Nurses and Certified Surgical Technologists
    • Utilize EPIC electronic health record system for accurate and timely clinical documentation
    • Float within scope to support facility needs across like units as required
    • Participate in emergency response team assignments during hurricane season (June through November) as directed
    Required Qualifications
    • Active South Carolina RN license or Multi-State/Compact RN license (SC license must be active prior to start)
    • Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room RN experience strongly preferred
    • Current BLS certification
    • Radiation badge compliance required (provided by agency)
    • Level I Trauma experience required
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Scrub experience strongly preferred
    • Experience working in a Magnet-designated or academic teaching facility
    • Familiarity with EPIC charting system
