    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide skilled perioperative nursing care within a busy Operating Room environment at a regional medical facility
    • Assist with and support robotic-assisted surgical procedures utilizing DaVinci Xi, Mako, and Rosa equipment
    • Perform scrub and/or circulating roles across a variety of surgical specialties including orthopedics, total joints, general surgery, and spine cases
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the EPIC electronic medical records system
    • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols throughout all phases of perioperative care
    • Fulfill on-call, callback, and holiday scheduling requirements as determined by unit needs
    Required Qualifications
    • Minimum of 24 months of current Operating Room nursing experience
    • Proficient experience with DaVinci robotics and Mako or Rosa robotic equipment
    • Proficient experience in orthopedic surgery including total joints and general surgery
    • Spine surgery experience within the previous 12 months
    • Travel nursing experience within the previous 15 months
    • Active Iowa RN license or active Compact/Multistate RN license at time of submission
    • Current BLS certification from AHA (American Heart Association) or ARC (American Red Cross)
    • Proficient experience with EPIC EMR
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Scrub technician or scrub RN experience in the Operating Room
    • Professional reference from a charge nurse, supervisor, nurse manager, director, CNO, or COO within the past 24 months
