    Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room (OR)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct perioperative nursing care to patients in an active operating room environment
    • Assist with and support robotic-assisted surgical procedures including DaVinci Xi, Mako, and Rosa systems
    • Perform scrub and/or circulator duties across a range of surgical specialties including vascular and general surgery cases
    • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety, proper instrumentation, and adherence to sterile technique
    • Utilize EPIC EMR to accurately document patient care and surgical records
    • Participate in on-call, callback, and holiday coverage as required by unit needs
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Iowa RN license or valid Compact/Multistate RN license at time of submission
    • Minimum of 24 months of current Operating Room experience
    • Proficient experience with DaVinci robotics
    • Proficient experience in vascular surgery cases (including TCAR, TAVR, bypass, Endarterectomy, Embolectomy, and AV fistula)
    • Proficient experience in general surgery
    • Active AHA or ARC BLS and ACLS certifications
    • EPIC EMR experience
    • Travel nursing experience within the previous 15 months
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Spine surgery experience
    • Scrub technician or scrub RN experience
    • Professional reference from a charge nurse, supervisor, nurse manager, director, CNO, or COO within the past 24 months
