Travel Nurse RN - Operating Room in Brockton, MA

Schedule / Job Type Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Expected 40 hours/week | Five 8-hour shifts | Start times vary (6:30 AM, 9:00 AM, or 11:00 AM depending on departmental needs) | No weekends, no major holidays, no on-call required. Key Responsibilities

• Perform circulating RN duties in the Operating Room in accordance with facility protocols and standards of care
• Provide scrub technician support as needed
• Assist with a variety of ambulatory surgical cases across multiple specialties
• Float between the Surgery Center and Main OR based on departmental volume and needs
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes throughout the perioperative process

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Massachusetts or compact eligibility
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience with a focus on circulating
• Willingness to float between the Surgery Center and Main OR as needed
• Candidates residing less than 50 miles from the facility will be classified under a local rate structure

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Scrub experience strongly preferred
• Experience with ambulatory cases including sports medicine, ENT, GYN, GU, ophthalmology, plastics, general surgery, oral surgery, and minor vascular procedures
• CNOR certification preferred
