Travel Nurse RN - Operating Room in Brockton, MA

Schedule / Job Type Contract | Full-Time | Day/Evening Rotation | 5x8-hour shifts | Start times vary (6:30 AM, 9:00 AM, or 11:00 AM depending on department needs) | No weekends, no major holidays, no on-call required. Key Responsibilities

• Perform circulating RN duties within the Operating Room setting
• Provide scrub support as needed in surgical cases
• Float between the Surgery Center and Main OR based on patient volume and departmental needs
• Deliver safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care across a range of surgical specialties
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure efficient and effective case management

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Massachusetts (or compact eligibility)
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience with a circulating role
• BLS certification required
• Willingness to float between Surgery Center and Main OR as needed
• Candidates residing less than 50 miles from the facility will be classified under a local rate designation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Scrub experience strongly preferred
• Experience with ambulatory cases including sports medicine, ENT, GYN, GU, ophthalmology, plastics, general surgery, oral surgery, and minor vascular procedures
• CNOR certification preferred
