Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an Operating Room setting in accordance with facility policies and procedures
- Adhere to assigned shift schedule including every other weekend and holiday rotation alongside permanent hospital staff
- Participate in variable on-call schedule as required by the facility
- Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure safe and effective perioperative patient care
- Maintain compliance with facility scrub color dress code and all applicable clinical standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Florida or compact licensure eligibility
- Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room nursing experience
- Ability to fulfill travel contract requirements for a 13-week assignment
- Willingness to work variable call schedule and rotating weekends and holidays
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience in a hospital OR setting
- Familiarity with large acute care hospital environments
