Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and analyze data to determine diagnoses or clinical issues
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care with strategies to attain expected patient outcomes
• Employ strategies to promote patient health and maintain a safe care environment
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary health care team in the conduct of nursing practice
• Comply with policies, procedures, and protocols related to hyperacute and acute stroke care, including required cerebrovascular disease education
• Integrate research findings into practice and contribute to the professional development of peers and colleagues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree from an accredited School of Nursing
• Active Montana Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• American Heart Association ACLS certification
• Minimum of 18 months of Registered Nurse experience
• Ability to work variable shifts, including call coverage

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification
• At least 1 year of circulating experience in the OR
• At least 1 year of scrub experience in the OR
