Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days, 4x10s, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday–Friday | No Weekends | Every Other Holiday | On-Call Required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to patients in an inpatient/acute operating room setting
- Perform in a circulating role throughout surgical procedures
- Apply clinical knowledge and skills in a trauma-capable environment
- Communicate effectively with surgical team members verbally and in writing
- Maintain accurate documentation using basic computer systems
Required Qualifications
- Nursing degree: Diploma, ASN, or BSN
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum 3 years of inpatient/acute operating room experience
- Trauma experience required
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible at the standard rate
Preferred Experience / Skills
- BSN degree preferred
- CNOR certification preferred
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
- Fluency in a second language a plus
