    Key Responsibilities
    • Scrub and/or circulate for a wide variety of surgical procedures including general surgery, robotics, transplants, orthopedic trauma, neurosurgery, spine, ENT (primarily head and neck), GYN, urology, organ procurement, and trauma
    • Provide inpatient Level I Trauma surgical care in a high-acuity operating room environment
    • Support procedures including bariatric surgery, major plastic reconstruction, and kidney and liver transplants
    • Respond to on-call assignments within the required 30-minute response window, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
    • Float to alternate OR units as operationally needed
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Massachusetts RN license required
    • Neuro, orthopedic trauma, and kidney transplant experience required
    • Ability to scrub and/or circulate across multiple surgical specialties
    • Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience with robotic surgery, spine, bariatric, ENT, GYN, urology, or organ procurement procedures
    • Prior travel nursing experience in a high-volume, Level I Trauma OR setting
    • Familiarity with large academic or teaching hospital environments
