    Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | 12-Hour Shifts | Day/Evening Rotation | Start times of 7:00 AM (days), 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM (evenings) | 36 hours per week | Every 3rd weekend as needed | Every other holiday | On-call: 1x per schedule

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct perioperative nursing care within a high-volume, 17-room OR staffed 24/7 across a broad range of surgical specialties
    • Perform scrub and/or circulating duties across multiple service lines including general, gynecology, genitourinary, oral, otolaryngology, bariatrics, orthopedics, neurosurgery, vascular, thoracic, cardiac, plastics, podiatry, robotics, pediatrics, trauma, and spine
    • Demonstrate competency in at least 5 of the surgical service lines supported by the department
    • Float to an additional OR location as needed
    • Collaborate effectively with surgical teams while maintaining a positive attitude and flexible approach to scheduling and assignments
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Minimum 2 years of inpatient Operating Room experience
    • Scrub experience required
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced surgical environment
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Level 1 trauma center experience strongly preferred
    • Proficiency in neurosurgery and vascular service lines preferred
    • Scrub experience beyond general, gynecology, and genitourinary services preferred
