Key Responsibilities

• Perform circulator duties in an active operating room environment supporting a variety of surgical specialties including Endoscopy, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Gynecology, ENT, Urology, and Ophthalmology
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio across 3 ORs and 2 procedure rooms
• Operate and manage equipment including Stryker, Storz, and Steris systems
• Document patient care accurately using the EPIC EMR system
• Participate in rotating weekend and holiday on-call coverage (Friday 4:15 PM through Monday 6:45 AM)
• Complete all required education modules as directed by the facility

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Maine or compact state eligibility
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room / Circulator experience
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• PALS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Scrub experience preferred but not required
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR
• Experience with Stryker, Storz, or Steris surgical equipment
