Provide direct perioperative nursing care within a high-volume inpatient surgical unit operating 24/7
Support a broad range of surgical service lines including Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Urology, General Surgery, and Thoracic Surgery
Assist with robotic-assisted surgical procedures utilizing advanced surgical technology
Manage patient care across a daily case volume ranging from 28 to 55 cases
Collaborate with interdisciplinary surgical teams to ensure safe and efficient OR operations
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an Operating Room or surgical nursing specialty
Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Demonstrated competency across multiple surgical specialties
Preferred Experience / Skills
Current AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
Experience with robotic-assisted surgery (e.g., Xi robotic platform)
Exposure to specialty service lines such as Plastics, Gynecology, or Neurological surgery
