Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Weekend and call requirements variable, to be discussed during interview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care across multiple surgical service lines including Bariatrics, Urology, Neurology, ENT, Oral, Plastics, Transplant, Ophthalmology, General Surgery, GYN, and Orthopedics
• Perform scrub and/or circulating duties as required within scope of practice
• Float within the facility and to outpatient settings as needed based on census and operational needs
• Adhere to all facility compliance, orientation, and onboarding requirements, including completion of specialty-specific modules during orientation
• Ensure all requested time off is finalized prior to submission; no schedule changes or RTO requests will be accommodated post-offer or during orientation week

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of Operating Room experience prior to travel
• Experience required in Neurology, Transplant, General Surgery, GYN, and Orthopedics
• Unit does not accept first-time travelers; prior travel experience required
• Active Georgia RN license or Compact license required at time of submission
• All compliance documents must be submitted by the Tuesday prior to start date; core onboarding items and labs must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing
• Maximum of 7 days RTO per contract; no holiday RTO will be approved during blackout dates (11/23–11/29 and 12/21–1/3)
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience across a broad range of surgical specialties including Bariatrics, Plastics, Ophthalmology, ENT, and Urology
• Familiarity with high-acuity, high-volume OR environments
• Strong adaptability and ability to float across surgical service lines within scope of practice
