Job TitleRegistered Nurse - Operating Room

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | 4×10-Hour Shifts | 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct perioperative nursing care to patients in the operating room setting
- Float between two closely located facilities (approximately 0.2 miles apart) as needed based on facility needs
- Participate in on-call rotation, with an expected 4-5 call shifts per 6-week cycle, including weekends
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes throughout the perioperative process
- Complete onsite orientation modules as required prior to independent practice
Required Qualifications- Active RN license in New Mexico or a Compact license (pending NM/Compact license accepted; must be obtained prior to start)
- BLS certification required
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible - local candidates will not be accepted
- Previous staff must wait a minimum of 1 year before returning in a travel capacity
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel nursing experience preferred
- ACLS certification preferred
- PALS certification preferred
- CNOR certification preferred
