Job Opportunity – Cardiovascular Operating Room Surgical Technologist – Georgia
Start Date: September 21, 2026 (subject to completion of privileging process)

Schedule: Day shift with call coverage one day per week and one weekend approximately every four weeks (subject to departmental needs). Float within facility and scope of practice to Main OR as needed.
Highlights:
- Specialized cardiovascular, vascular, endovascular, and thoracic surgical experience required
- Work with complex cardiac procedures including CABG, valve replacements, TAVR, and ventricular assist devices
- Epic charting system preferred; Trauma Level I and II experience highly valued
- Heart transplant experience highly preferred
- Patient ratio of 1:1 providing focused, quality patient care
- Contract length varies with time off options based on assignment duration
Requirements:
- Current CSFA, NBSTSA, or NCCSA certification required
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications required
- RNFA certification required
- Minimum 2 years of surgical technology experience
- Extensive experience in cardiac, vascular, endovascular, and thoracic procedures (mandatory)
- Georgia state license or compact license required at time of submission
- Must complete privileging process approximately 120 days prior to start date
- Full compliance documentation required before start date
