Shifts: Full-time, 5 days a week, 0645-1515 with weekends, call, and late requirements

Key Responsibilities of the Travel OR Registered Nurse- Conduct comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessment of patients
- Direct the establishment of a collaborative care plan based on assessment data
- Implement and evaluate the care plan based on patient goals and outcomes
- Complete all documentation according to established standards
- Assess patient readiness and implement individualized education plans
- Lead departmental initiatives and provide in-service opportunities
- Provide age-appropriate care according to organizational standards
Requirements of the Travel OR Registered Nurse- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a BSN
- Current license by the Ohio State Board of Nursing
- At least 3 years of RN OR experience
- Travel experience required
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Completion of ~70 Net Learning modules and ECG/Medication exam
