**Job Description:**

**Key Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited School of Nursing or an Associate’s degree
- Montana Licensure (Registered Nurse)
- Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 18 months of Registered Nurse experience
- Preferred: Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR)
- Preferred: 1 year of circulating experience
- Preferred: 1 year of scrub experience
**Essential Job Functions:**
- Collect comprehensive data to assess the patient’s health
- Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses and issues
- Identify expected outcomes and develop individualized care plans
- Implement and evaluate the plans of care effectively
- Promote health and maintain a safe environment for patients
- Enhance the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Integrate ethical provisions and research findings into practice
- Provide leadership within the professional practice setting

**Stroke Competency:**
- Comply with hospital protocols related to stroke care
- Participate in initial and ongoing cerebrovascular disease education
**Shift Notes:**
- Variable shifts with call responsibilities
- Flexibility to cover all shifts, including holiday coverage
