**Job Description:**

- As a Registered Nurse specializing in perioperative nursing, you will:
- Deliver safe, effective, and quality care during intraoperative surgical experiences.
- Act as a patient advocate, ensuring dignity and privacy throughout the process.
- Collaborate with a skilled team to optimize patient outcomes and maintain the highest standards of care.
- In this exciting role, you will be responsible for:
- Directing and planning nursing activities to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Protecting patients from injury by managing various safety protocols related to surgical environments.
- Administering medications and communicating patient statuses effectively with relevant parties.
- Documenting care accurately and completely, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.
- Fostering teamwork and collaboration among disciplines, using problem-solving skills to enhance workplace relationships.
- Keeping up with required competencies and engaging in professional growth activities.
- Supporting our hospital's mission, vision, and values while participating in education programs.
- Qualifications:
- Required: Associate of Science in Nursing
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Licenses/Certifications: Current RN license in State of Oregon, BLS, ACLS, & PALS Certification, TNCC
- Preferred: CNOR, Peri-op 101, CRASE training
- Experience: None required; preferred experience as an RN circulator
- This position requires you to:

- Communicate effectively with diverse individuals from all backgrounds.
