Job Opportunity – Pediatric Operating Room RN – Wisconsin
Start Date: October 19, 2026
Location: Madison, Wisconsin
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Days, 10-hour shifts, 0700-1730, Monday through Friday with on-call responsibilities. On-call includes one weeknight per week (Monday-Thursday), one weekend every 6-8 weeks, and holidays as operationally needed.

- Two pre-approved time-off periods available during assignment
Requirements:
- Active Wisconsin or Compact RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of acute care pediatric OR experience within the last 3 years
- Kidney transplant experience required
- Pediatric OR, ambulatory OR, and pediatric trauma experience required
- Level I and/or Level II Trauma experience required
- BLS certification required (American Heart Association only)
- PALS certification preferred
- Epic charting system experience required
- Experience with administration of blood and blood products
- Must pass telemetry competency exam with strict passing criteria (adult and pediatric rhythms)
- Must reside 50+ miles from the facility
- Willingness to float as operationally needed
