Description

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: 2 Years License: Required Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Experience with heavy Robotics, Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Urology, Gynecology, Plastics, ENT, Eye, Podiatry, Spine, and Neurosurgery. Ability to take on-call shifts. Description: Start date is as soon as possible. Locals accepted. First-time candidates are welcome. Shifts are five days a week from 07:00 to 15:30. On-call responsibilities include 2-3 days per week and every 4-5 weekends. Required to cover on-call if time off lands on a call day. Certification in BLS is mandatory. A license in Wisconsin or Compact is required. Previous charge experience is preferred. Experience with Epic charting system is required. Interdisciplinary support includes rapid response teams and pharmacy. The department features a heavy robotic program across various specialties. Staff are trained to handle all specialties with no set teams. Specialties include Eyes, ENT, Gynecology, Urology, Plastic, General, Orthopedic, Sports Medicine, Spine, and Neurosurgery. There are several advanced surgical systems available, including Da Vinci Xi and CORI robots. All staff are expected to comply with safety protocols and maintain patient care standards. Module completion is tracked during orientation.
