Demonstrate nursing clinical judgment by recognizing and reporting changes in patient conditions. Contribute to a healthy workplace environment by managing conflict using professional communication skills. Meet core measure responsibilities related to patient care. Participate in continuing education activities. Maintain complete and accurate medical records. Call requirements include 1 weeknight and 2 weekend days each month, with additional call as needed.
