Description: These needs are specifically for winter coverage for a 10-week contract only. Local radius restrictions are waived for this assignment. The candidate must start by 12/18/2026. No holiday time off is allowed. No more than 5 days of requested time off. 5x8-hour evening shifts required, including holiday and weekend rotation as needed. On-call duty required. Trauma experience is a must for this position. 5 years of experience preferred but candidates with 3 years will be considered. Type of facility is a short-term acute care hospital. Total staffed beds are 426, and it is a Level II Trauma Center. Charting system used is Epic. Scrubs will be provided for this role. Free parking is available. All candidates must meet trauma experience requirements. Call duty includes both weekday and weekend calls. Weekend coverage may require up to 3 shifts within a 6-week schedule. Interdisciplinary support involves physical therapy, respiratory services, and pharmacy among others. Patient age groups served are primarily adults. Candidates must apply for licensure before submission. One reference is required for submission. Candidates must not be local, defined as living within 75 miles of the hospital site. Prior staff must have been away for 2 years to return as a traveler.
