Description:
These needs are specifically for winter coverage for one 10-week contract only.
Local radius restrictions are waived for this assignment.
Must start by 12/18/2026.
No holiday requests for time off.
No more than 5 days of requested time off.
The shift is either 4x10s from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM or 5x8s from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Occasional shifts from 10:45 AM to 7:15 PM and weekend call from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM may be required.
Orientation hours are 16 hours.
Travel experience is required.
A reference is required.
Return staff must have been away for 2 years to be eligible as a traveler.
Modules are non-billable and vary by specialty.
Daily patient age groups include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
This position involves working with patients diagnosed with GYN, ENT, endocrine, colorectal, plastics, and ophthalmology conditions.
Interdisciplinary support includes IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, and pharmacy among others.
The patient ratio experience is significant in this role.
Charting experience with a specified system is required.
Weekend coverage is expected with 1-2 shifts per contract in an 8-week period.
Call may be required 1-2 times every 9 weeks.
Successful candidates will demonstrate infection control competencies.
