Travel Nurse RN - Operating Room - $2,796 per week in Boston, MA

Scrub and/or circulate across a wide range of surgical specialties including general surgery, robotics, transplant, orthopedic trauma, neurosurgery, spine, ENT (primarily head and neck), GYN, and urology. Provide intraoperative nursing care for patients undergoing complex procedures in a Level I Trauma OR environment consisting of 10 operating rooms.

Key Responsibilities

• Scrub and/or circulate across a wide range of surgical specialties including general surgery, robotics, transplant, orthopedic trauma, neurosurgery, spine, ENT (primarily head and neck), GYN, and urology
• Provide intraoperative nursing care for patients undergoing complex procedures in a Level I Trauma OR environment consisting of 10 operating rooms
• Support surgical teams during bariatric, major plastic reconstruction, and robotic surgery cases
• Participate in kidney and liver transplant procedures as well as organ procurement cases
• Adhere to all facility compliance, orientation, and scheduling requirements, including holiday coverage as eligible during the contract period

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Required experience: kidney transplant, neurosurgery, spine, orthopedic trauma, and robotics
• Demonstrated experience in both scrub and circulator roles
• Transplant, trauma, and neuro experience required
• Flu vaccination required prior to acceptance
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible - local travelers will not be accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in ENT (head and neck), GYN, and urology surgical settings
• Background in bariatric or major plastic reconstruction procedures
• Familiarity with Level I Trauma OR environments and high-acuity inpatient surgical care
