Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care within an operating room setting, including scrub and/or circulating roles
• Support OB-specific surgical procedures including C-sections, D&C, PPTL, and D&E
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and continuity of care throughout the perioperative process
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC EMR
• Participate in weekend and holiday coverage as required

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Rhode Island (or applicable compact license)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Minimum 1-2 years of recent OB/Perioperative OR experience
• Experience with OB-specific surgical procedures: C-sections, D&C, PPTL, and D&E
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR
• Flu vaccine required; COVID-19 vaccine required (no exemptions)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CNOR certification
• Candidates with no time-off requests during the contract period may receive scheduling preference
