The nurse will work four 10-hour shifts each week. Candidates must have a minimum of 2.5 years of experience in the operating room. Candidates must have the ability to perform cases across multiple specialties. Experience with Cerner is preferred, though it is not mandatory. Weekend shifts are required once per month. On-call duty is required, approximately once a week. Candidates should have experience with essential tools such as electrosurgical units and fiber optic light sources. Nurses must be proficient in handling a variety of surgical procedures, including laparoscopic and trauma cases. All requested time off must be approved by management. Candidates must be willing to comply with all health and safety procedures. Floating within the facility may be required based on patient needs.
