Must-Have:
- Experience in General, Orthopedic, OB/GYN, Urology, Podiatry, and Cardiology cases.
- Pre-surgery and PACU experience.
- Scrubbing required.
Description:
This position involves working in the operating room.
The facility has four surgical suites and typically runs three concurrently.
Registered Nurses will also cover pre-surgery and PACU duties.
The average number of cases per day is nine.
Call requirements are rotated among trained Registered Nurses.
Approximately five days of call per month are expected.
Weekday call runs from 1430 to 0630.
Weekend call runs from 1430 on Friday until 0630 on Monday.
Registered Nurses must be ready to respond within 30 minutes for STAT cases.
The dress code is scrubs, which are provided.
All clinicians must clock in and out at the facility.
A one-week orientation will be provided.
Availability during the holiday season is required.
