Description:
Seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse.
Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of OR experience and charge experience.
Flu vaccination is mandatory, and there will be no declinations accepted.
A skills checklist that aligns with the specialty is required.
Current certifications in BLS and PALS are necessary.
Experience with the EPIC electronic medical record system is required.
Candidates must be nicotine free and will be tested accordingly.
Pediatric OR experience is preferred but not mandatory.
