Registered Nurse - Moderate Sedation

Location: Rochester, NY

Pay: $2,739.24 per week

Shifts: 36 or 40 hours per week, days, 10 or 12-hour shifts, with on-call for weekends and nights

Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Moderate Sedation for a travel assignment in Rochester, NY. The successful candidate will join a dedicated team in a fast-paced procedural area focusing on preventative and interventional stroke care. This role requires an expert in intraoperative moderate sedation and circulating duties when not administering sedation.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Moderate Sedation

• Provide moderate sedation in a fast-paced procedural area
• Administer and monitor intraoperative moderate sedation
• Circulate when not providing moderate sedation
• Closely monitor patient's cardiac and physical status
• Collaborate with the physician to ensure patient safety, comfort, and privacy

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Moderate Sedation

• RN License (NY License ONLY)
• Moderate Sedation Experience Required
• IR Experience Required
• Two (2) years Experience OR experience in a level 1 trauma preferred
• Telemetry
• Circulate ONLY
• BLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
• ACLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
